On Tuesday we had our group meeting it was very fun, there were nine of us, some brand new to the program just wanting to know what it is all about, some already going strong and some who had just started. We had some yummy snacks to start with, sprouted dehydrated cinnamon pecans, raw corn chowder made with almond milk, Whole wheat cocous with veggies and some healthy cookies and coconut power bars.(thanks Cindy and Chalyse) We ate as we talked about greensmoothies, healthly eating, and the group buy coming up. We really want to make the 1000 lb limit so we don't have to pay for shipping so if anyone is interested in joining in with us just let me know. I made a greensmoothie for everyone "Pear Date Puree" man was it yummy. My youngest daughter who occasionaly will try a smoothie tried it and said she could drink that one. It is so much fun getting together with friends who are excited about being healthy. I love having these meetings and can't wait until the next one which will be the fourth Tuesday in October 10/25/2011 7pm in my home.
